On the Maharishi Global Family Chat on 18 March 2008, Dr Harris Kaplan, Raja of India for the Global Country of World Peace, gave a beautiful, inspiring, and thorough presentation of the details of the programme to create Invincible India; and through Invincible India, world peace—one of the crowning achievements of the 50 years lifelong work of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace

After presenting the detailed charts of all the names and locations of the 12 Jyotir Lingas and 48 Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars* in India, and their associated 192 countries of the world, Raja Harris commented that it was a very blissful experience for him to go through this whole list now. Maharishi had focused so much on all the details, and went through all the locations many times, changing things here and there, 'and now to see it finished, and the whole organization set, is very fulfilling', he said.

He also said that Dr Roget Audet, Surveyor General of the Global Country of World Peace, is working on new maps and new ways to illustrate the entire administration of India and the 192 countries of the world, through these 12 Jyotir Lingas and 48 Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars. One will be a map for each of the Rajas, so he can see how the programme is organized for his countries, how they are associated with particular Jyotir Lingas and so forth. Dr Audet is also creating a map of the whole world, with lines connecting the 192 countries to their Jyotir Lingas and Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars.

Dr Peter Swan, Minister of Communication of the Global Country of World Peace, commented on Raja Harris Kaplan's presentation: 'Everybody can see how their country is linked to the eternal silence which is the basis of the administration through silence.' He summarized the main elements: 'Each country is linked to its Brahmananda Saraswati Nagar, with a big group of about 750 Vedic Pandits in each Brahmananda Saraswati Nagar; these Pandits are linked to their Jyotir Linga, and they will be doing the Yagyas for those four countries, wherever they are in the world, and forever.'

Dr Swan asked Raja Harris how this great achievement would be accomplished for all times to come; and whether it would be appropriate for those countries to contribute to the creation of that group of Vedic Pandits in the Brahmananda Saraswati Nagars?

Raja Harris expressed the hope that, in the coming days and weeks, the people of every country associated with each Brahmanand Saraswati Nagar would act to ensure that each of the 48 will be built as soon as possible—and that they would be able to have the joy of visiting their own country's Brahmanand Saraswati Nagar.

'The plans are ready,' Raja Harris said. 'I feel everyone in our world family will want the great joy of knowing that they're participating' in this opportunity to protect and take care of their country. His next presentation will present in great detail the building plans for the Brahmananda Saraswati Nagars, with some new elements.

Raja Harris also mentioned the desire to very soon have a grand tour of all 48 Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars, laying the foundation for achieving, together with all the Rajas and Ministers of the Global Country of World Peace, Maharishi's beautiful programme—so that everyone can look back at the end and say, 'All has been done.' We feel so fortunate, he said—it is very blissful to be connected with Maharishi's planning for global administration through 'the bliss of eternal pure silence'.

*The Brahmanand Saraswati Nagars are named in honour of Maharishi's Master, Shri Guru Dev, His Divinity Brahmanand Saraswati, Jagatguru Shankaracharya of Jyotir Math, Himalayas
