30 September 2006
Today is the 14th day of the sixth month of Dutch national consciousness rising to invincibility, as indicated by the following press reports:
25 September 2006
De Telegraaf: 'House price 7% higher' - Average purchase price for houses was € 241,279 last month, an increase of 6.8% as compared to August 2005.
De Telegraaf: 'Rabobank comes with climate card' - Rabobank is going to invest in sustainable energy projects to compensate for the CO2 emission caused by the purchases of credit card holders. The bank expects the amount donated to be € 1 - € 2 million per year as almost all purchases lead to CO2 emissions. About 400,000 members of the bank will receive a climate card, with which the CO2 emission will be compensated. The initiative is part of the cooperation between Rabobank and the World Wildlife Fund.
Trouw: 'Highest index in five years' - The AEX— index of most traded funds in Amsterdam—reached its highest level in almost five years with 480.59 points.
De Telegraaf: 'Adopt a grandma. Festival asks attention for grandparents in developing countries' - At a music festival, the Netherlands Organization 'World Granny' asks for attention for grand parents in Third World countries since they are increasingly responsible for the care of grandchildren. When grandparents get more support, the opportunities for their grandchildren are better.
De Telegraaf: 'Brown energy has the future. Working group works on a special sewage pipe' - Energy can be stored in special sewage pipes, which can give energy when needed. In this case, the goal is to obtain energy only out of sustainable sources, such as solar energy. This is a variation on projects that store energy in underground water.
Trouw: 'Healthy school cafeteria' - Prisma College in Breda sees sports and health as an important part of education. It teaches Healthy School Cafeteria lessons in eating healthy food, and has supplied their own school cafeteria with at least 2/3 healthy food. The aim of the project is to teach children early about healthy eating habits, and adapt their taste towards more healthy food.
Trouw: 'Netherlands' wealth on very high level' - Dutch citizens have a lot of private wealth, in money and real estate. Holland has a total capital of € 2,032 billion or € 125,000 per citizen. According to the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), in a seven-nation comparison, Holland scored second after the US. If the comparison is based on per capita income Holland scores as the wealthiest.
Creating national invincibility
Groups of experts in Yogic Flying are engaged in creating coherent national consciousness in the Netherlands, United States, Canada, Hamsa (Hungary), and an increasing number of other nations, which are enjoying a dramatic and sustained upsurge in positive economic and social trends.
Dr Paul Gelderloos, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace for the Netherlands, reports that 400 Yogic Flyers have been assembled at MERU, the Netherlands, since 12 April 2006.
Extensive research published in the world's leading scientific journals has found that the group practice of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme Yogic Flying by the square root of one per cent of a population is sufficient to reduce negative trends, including crime and violence, and to promote positive economic and social tendencies throughout society.
The cost to train and employ such a group is a small fraction of what any government spends on its military in a single day.
Maharishi's approach to invincibility is in sharp contrast to the conventional military approach. 'Our approach does not require the government to sacrifice the youth for the sake of the nation—because when the youth are killed in war, then for whom is the nation?' Maharishi said.
The harmony and progress of the human race are founded on the internal harmony and progress of every individual. No stress, no strain, no impediment, no difficulty can withstand the totally benign influence of the enlivenment of the Unified Field of Natural Law, the field of Transcendental Consciousness, the field of pure knowledge, through Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme.
