Mexico City's new ban on plastic bags has inspired visions of a journey back in time ... The city's government this week banned single-use plastic bags to complement worldwide efforts to protect the environment. Gabriel Sanchez, who hawks produce at a marketplace, said the ban was a return to 1960s packaging. 'I think it will take a while but people will get used to it,' he said.
