Staying Sane During Tumultuous Times is the first in a series of wellness webinars co-sponsored by The Raj Ayurveda Health Center and Maharishi Ayurveda Products. While the COVID-19 pandemic has triggered serious concerns about our physical health, the resulting changes in how we live and work and interact have had a huge impact on our emotional and mental well-being as well.

During this webinar, four experts experienced in both Ayurvedic and Western medicine will share helpful tools to navigate isolation and anxiety, create more resilience from within, and develop emotional skills during these unprecedented times.
