Please click on the following link to read more about 'Integrated brain functioning as the basis of success in any field'.
The article features research conducted in Norway that looked at what distinguishes world-class athletes from professional athletes who have not risen to the world-class level. Their finding: world-class athletes had more integrated brain functioning than their hard working but lesser-achieving counterparts.
These results indicate that the common denominator of success in any domain is integrated brain functioning. The more integrated your brain functioning, in other words, the more successful you're going to be in whatever you choose to do.
Studies show that the Transcendental Meditation technique develops integrated brain functioning.
