Designed to promote government in accord with Natural Law: Vedic Architecture parliament building proposed for Vedic Siam

An innovative design proposal for Thailand's new parliament building not only incorporates beautiful, up-to-date 'green' and 'smart' features, but is based on principles of Maharishi Vedic Architecture—to attune individual life with cosmic intelligence and promote governmental administration in accord with Natural Law.
The proposed 225,000 square metre building is to be oriented on 50 hectares (125 acres) according to Vastu (Vedic Architecture) principles. Sixty percent of the site is to remain green areas, including parking and a Democracy Parade Ground for 100,000 people. In the northeast corner is Invincibility Park for all to enjoy, which is also near the new Sky Train, making it possible for visitors to avoid traffic congestion.
Designed to comfortably accommodate 3,000 employees, 525 members of parliament and 300 senators, the 18-storey building includes a 1,000-seat Parliament Hall, conference rooms, dining facilities, exhibition areas, shops, rooftop gardens, and many other features.
High-speed glass elevators provide scenic views of the 12-storey atrium lobby in the central Brahma-Sthan area. A fountain, synchronized with music, and interior gardens contribute to good air quality.
With fresh air naturally cooled by the nearby river, and ventilated without mechanical devices, the building will be a model of energy efficiency. Every room will receive natural light throughout the day. Additional energy is generated by solar panels on the adjoining parking garage.
As a 'smart building', every meeting room is computerized and fitted with flat screen TVs, so occupants will know at all times what is occurring in the Parliament Hall. Delegates' tables in the Parliament Hall will have communications systems providing updates from their constituencies, and can be connected to proceedings in other assembly rooms.
If this design is selected, it will be the first Vedic parliament building in the world. The powerful and orderly functioning of the government in tune with Natural Law will be a blessing for the entire country and radiate coherence, harmony, and peace from Thailand to the entire world.
