Nepal: Vedic Organic Agriculture conference planned for 24 September

Two international conferences will take place in Nepal in September; one on Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture and the other on Consciousness-Based Education. The agriculture conference on 24 September will present the knowledge of organic agriculture for food safety, purity, and harmony through Vedic Science.
This conference features Dr John Fagan, Raja of Food Safety and Purity for the Global Country of World Peace, who will speak on Science and Veda: Food security, sovereignty, purity, and harmony.
Dr John Konhaus, Raja of Japan for the Global Country and an expert in Vedic Organic Agriculture, will explain how Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture enlivens Total Natural Law in the farmer, the food, and the environment—creating Vedic Food for Vedic Consciousness, to bring health, happiness, and prosperity for Nepal.
Dr Peter Swan, also an international expert on Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture and Minister of Communication for the Global Country, will speak about the competitiveness of organic agriculture production in today's market.
Maheshwar Ghimire, a senior organic inspector and member of the International Organic Inspectors Association, will bring to light the dangers of extinction of knowledge and information on Vedic Agriculture Science and how these can be revived to benefit society.
Dr Deepak Baskota, Chairman of the Nepal Maharishi Vedic Foundation, will offer to the leadership of Nepal the challenge to make Nepal the first totally organic country. Dr Baskota is Former Home Minister of Nepal and a leading organic farmer who manages the first organic tea gardens in the country.
Nepal government leaders and leading agriculturalists will also participate.
