Maharishi University of Management Press has just published Volume 2 of Conversations with Maharishi: Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Speaks about the Full Development of Human Consciousness. In this highly anticipated follow-up to Volume 1, readers can enjoy the brilliant interchanges between Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Dr. Vernon Katz about the highest potential of human life expressed in the Brahma Sutra. New themes in this volume bring out analytical and philosophical aspects of Maharishi's teaching—'an extraordinary legacy of knowledge for all humanity'. About Dr. Vernon Katz
Dr. Katz is a trustee and a visiting professor at Maharishi University of Management, Fairfield, Iowa, USA. He earned a first class honours degree and a doctorate in philosophy from Oxford University. His thesis on Indian philosophy was supervised by Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the eminent philosopher who became India's second president.

In the early 1960s Maharishi Mahesh Yogi invited Dr. Katz to assist with his translation and commentary on the Bhagavad-Gita, of which there are now over one million copies in print. Dr Katz also worked closely with Maharishi on his commentaries on the Brahma Sutra, as narrated in a number of the conversations in these volumes. He is currently completing a translation of the Upanishads with Dr. Thomas Egenes.
