School in Caribbean offers Consciousness-Based Education

A private school in a Caribbean country has begun offering Consciousness-Based Education. Consciousness-Based Education is a scientifically validated educational methodology which has been shown to improve educational outcomes, reduce stress and anti-social behaviour, increase creativity and intelligence, and unfold the inner happiness of students and teachers of all cultural and educational backgrounds.

The principal recently decided to offer the Transcendental Meditation Quiet Time programme in her school, said a TM teacher involved in the project.

'This leader in education had already established on her own a quiet time programme for her students. But when she was presented the knowledge and opportunity to use Transcendental Meditation as the modality or methodology during this quiet time programme, within a few minutes she decided to accept this programme for her school.'

With increasing experience with the Transcendental Meditation Quiet Time Programme, the principal's enthusiasm only grew.

'After learning Transcendental Meditation (TM) recently with all of her teachers and administrators from the school, she decided to have herself and her daughter become teachers of TM.'
