The article features Puno, a small city on the shores of Lake Titicaca, high in the mountains of Peru, where 1,500 students in six schools come together each day to practise the Transcendental Meditation and advanced Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme.

The article draws from a video about the school, in which students describe the good effects they are feeling from their Transcendental Meditation practice. The children say they feel more tranquil and relaxed, 'less overwhelmed'; and their school director says their behaviour has also improved.

The video also presents a broader result of the students' group practice of these technologies of consciousness: contributing to the rise of an invincible state of coherence and harmony in the collective consciousness of their nation and of the whole continent. Thus, while unfolding their full potential as individuals, the students are also helping create permanent peace, progress, and good fortune—invincibility—for their nation.
