Danish television features David Lynch Film Academy and Folk School for Development of Consciousness

Danish television recently featured a documentary about the Folk School for Development of Consciousness, Rǿrvig Folkehǿjskole.

This documentary was the second* of two recent television successes, said Raja Bjarne Landsfeldt, Raja of Invincible Denmark for the Global Country of World Peace.**

The Folk School, founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi 30 years ago, offers practitioners of the Transcendental Meditation Programme, Yogic Flyers, and the general public the opportunity to enjoy Consciousness-Based Education and rise to higher states of consciousness.

The David Lynch Film Academy has also been established at the same location.

Everyone is welcome, emphasized school principal Ole Blenkov in the documentary. Students can participate in four-month courses in subjects such as art, film, and Maharishi Ayur-Veda.

Knowledge of Transcendental Meditation and Maharishi's Vedic Science underlies all courses and activities, Dr Blenkov explained. Students who are not yet practising Transcendental Meditation have the opportunity to learn at the school.

The school is also renowned for its delicious Ayurvedic cuisine, and students can enjoy an introduction to Ayurvedic cooking with the chefs.
