The Lohasian reported, 'The school focuses on education as well as the full development of consciousness of every student.'
By practising the Transcendental Meditation Technique, the students eliminate the everyday stress and anger that is so common in other schools—while at the same time they develop the long-term ability to handle 'life as a whole', the article explained.
Transcendental Meditation is practised at Maharishi School of the Age of Enlightenment along with the traditional academic courses, including the arts, physical education, and sports to 'rapidly develop the state of enlightenment'.
The 'School of Thought' documentary, directed by Tony Perri, is scheduled for a summer release.
