National Women's Enterprise Day 2018 takes place today (18 October) -- just one day, but with 16 major female entrepreneurial events planned. This programme of events -- themed 'from local to global' -- has been organized by Local Enterprise Offices (LEO). The aim: to inspire and educate the next generation of female business leaders to take their local ideas and make them a global success. It's expected over 1,000 female entrepreneurs and women in business will attend countrywide.
