Rising invincibility - 'National consciousness grows within itself, by itself, through itself': Raja of Invincible Latin America

Speaking at the Global Celebration of Guru Purnima Day in MERU, Holland, on 7 July, Raja Jose Luis Alvarez, Raja of Invincible Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, said that we don't 'ask permission to create invincibility' for a nation, because invincibility can only be achieved 'if there is a level of fine tuning in Natural Law, which is the root of society'—and this is the level on which the administration of the Global Country is already functioning.

Raja Luis began by saying that Guru Purnima is 'the most precious day for all of us, and every year when it comes, it renews our own Being. We renew ourself. . . . we enliven in our own consciousness the supreme Being [the Unified Field, total Natural Law], and we discover that everything is within us.'

Raja Luis expressed appreciation for the address of Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam earlier in the day, discussing how precious the fine level of feeling is. 'Invincibility grows in countries in the same way,' Raja Luis said. 'We don't ask permission to create invincibility, because we are on a level where everyone is one with ourselves, and we can only reach that level if there is a level of fine tuning in Natural Law, which is the root of society.'

He said that when invincibility grows in a country, we find that national consciousness grows within itself, by itself, through itself. 'It is nothing external that does it. It's its own blessing,' he said.

Raja Luis also described Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's principle of the main duty of a Raja, to 'just be with himself—and from that level use the instrumentality of education to nourish his population'.

Raja Luis also praised the enlightened administration of Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, First Ruler of the Global Country of World Peace. In the videotape of Maharishi's address to the Guru Purnima Assembly in July 2007, replayed on Guru Purnima this year, Maharishi that we have the gift of Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam. Raja Luis commented that this is the gift of silent administration*: 'In the world we are so many people, and everyone has so many desires, and so many things he wants to accomplish. How are we going to do it? It's impossible on the level of human administration.'

Raja Luis said that in our time Maharaja represents that value of infinite silence, which is the Constitution of the Universe, being quietly enlivened for everyone. 'By doing that we have perfection, and the level of administration [offering] perfection in life to everyone, is what we enliven on Guru Purnima, in so many ways every year.'

Raja Luis then presented accomplishments in his domain of Latin America during the past year, and expressed his appreciation for the other speakers at the celebration in Holland: 'Everyone who speaks [provides us] an opportunity to do better and to learn. So these accomplishments are our humble offering of what we are doing until now and [we are] hoping next year we will be doing much, much better.'
