Speaking 18 November 2008 on Maharishi Global Family Chat, Raja Tom Stanley, Raja of Invincible Belize for the Global Country of World Peace, reported preliminary developments towards introducing the programmes of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in his domain.

Although there has not yet been any Global Country of World Peace activity in the Latin American nation of Belize, Raja Stanley remarked that the country is blessed with a good Vastu. According to the principles of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda, Vedic Architecture in accord with Natural Law, its lengthy eastern coastline constitutes an auspicious feature, and its capital—Belmopan—is located at the country's geographic centre, or Brahma-Sthan.

Raja Stanley went on to report that he has made several contacts in Belize, among Global Country of World Peace members with summer homes in the country. 'Although we have no active leaders in the area yet, our current contacts will assist us in moving forward as soon as possible with the introduction of Maharishi's programmes,' he concluded.
