Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, has created a flawless system of ideal administration for his global organization, central to which are the Rajas (Administrators) of each country. They are guiding their countries to invincibility and peace through the implementation of the many coherence-based programmes introduced by Maharishi.

Maharishi has explained that the role and activities of the Rajas are based on the deep level of the silence enlivened in their own lives due to many years practice of Maharishi's Vedic Technologies of Consciousness.

'The Rajas have all been trained in the science of consciousness, the science of Being, and they have a hold on the field of the unmanifest . . . In crowning them Rajas, we declare them to be competent to fulfil the supreme quality of administration of any population,' Maharishi said.

At the European capital of the Global Country of World Peace in Holland, 5 July was celebrated as a special day to honour Raja Peter Warburton. Raja Peter serves as the Administrator for a number of countries, including Great Britain, United Arab Emirates, and Bulgaria. During the celebrations, reports were given by the National Directors of the Global Country of World Peace in these countries, highlighting their achievements of the past year.

Introducing the National Directors, Raja Peter said, 'We hear about the successful implementation of Maharishi's programmes day after day all over world, bringing fulfilment to the high goals and ideals that Maharishi structured for us; now we are enjoying the fruits one by one.'

Raja Peter first called on the National Director of the United Arab Emirates who reported numerous signs of rising invincibility for his country. The flag of the Global Country of World Peace had been raised in a special ceremony to inaugurate the Maharishi Tower of Invincibility. There are many active teachers of Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Programme who are working to implement Consciousness-Based Education projects in schools and colleges, as well as opportunities for establishing a Maharishi Ayur-Veda health centre. One of the TM Teachers reported that large numbers of people are coming for instruction in Transcendental Meditation, with more than 70 learning in recent months.

Raja Peter next introduced the National Director of Bulgaria, who gave a very inspiring presentation of the opening day of the Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course which began on 5 July. Two courses will proceed simultaneously, one with thirty men and the other with thirty ladies. The courses were inaugurated with a traditional ceremony, with course participants expressing good wishes for their respective countries.

Raja Peter commented on the ideal location for the course, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. He praised the well-wishers of the Global Country of World Peace in Bulgaria, who had given the course participants a very warm welcome at the airport and done so much to ensure their comfort for the months ahead. Raja Peter expressed his enthusiasm that so many countries were represented on the course: 16 countries among the ladies and 13 countries among the men. He noted the trend towards a younger age group becoming teachers, and the high number of professionals on the course. Raja Peter had told them that taking the course was the most important decision of their lives, and that they would become the future leaders of the Global Country of World Peace and create invincibility for their nations.
