South Africa: Maharishi Peace Palace in Johannesburg expands programmes

Speaking recently on Maharishi Global Family Chat, Raja Felix Kaegi, Raja of Invincible Switzerland, Slovenia, Serbia, Albania, Lichtenstein, Djibouti, and Malawi for the Global Country of World Peace, reported recent successes at the Maharishi Peace Palace in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Raja Felix reported that Dr Vikki and Richard Broome, directors of the Peace Palace in Johannesburg, recently held a conference on the Transcendental Meditation Technique with 80 health professionals at the University of Witwatersrand, one of the leading institutions in South Africa. 'There was a lot of interest in the technique,' said Raja Felix, 'and not one skeptical question.' That evening, the centre held an introductory lecture for the Transcendental Meditation Technique, where all attendees signed up to learn. This coming Sunday, Dr Vikki and Richard Broome will be instructing 23 people in the technique, reported Raja Felix.

In addition, the Peace Palace directors started a course on Maharishi's Science of Creative Intelligence (SCI), which already has 13 participants enrolled.

On a final note, Raja Felix reported that the Peace Palace will soon be showing Raja John Hagelin's Unified Field Conferences, a 12-part DVD series.
