Speaking recently on the Maharishi Global Family Chat, Raja Peter Warburton, Raja of Great Britain for the Global Country of World Peace, spoke about the continuing progress at Maharishi Garden Village in Suffolk.
Raja Peter reported that a few days ago on the full moon, a National Coherence Day was held, when hundreds of Yogic Flyers at centres throughout Great Britain came together to practise their programme in groups and create an influence of peace, harmony, and bliss throughout the nation.
On these Coherence Days all the Yogic Flyers make a special effort and come for a whole day to allow for extended practice of Transcendental Meditation and the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying. They also hear the latest news of the Global Country of World Peace and Maharishi's knowledge, Raja Peter explained.
On this day, one couple moved into their new Vastu apartment, and Raja Peter showed slides of them entering their house and the celebration. Raja Peter pointed out the beautiful colours in which these houses are painted.
A slide of the first house to be completed two years ago was shown, and Raja Peter explained that pending completion of the Maharishi Peace Palace and Maharishi Invincibility School, this house will initially serve both functions. The house will be used as a Peace Palace 'so we don't have to wait to have a place for group practice of Yogic Flying' and the other programmes for all the residents and visitors, Raja Peter said.
The spacious ground floor of the house will easily accommodate both men's and ladies' Yogic Flying. Upstairs there is also plenty of space to begin to perform some of the functions of the Peace Palace.
'The group there couldn't wait for their Peace Palace,' Raja Peter said. 'They wanted to get started wherever they could, and this is the beautiful house they chose.' Raja Peter expressed appreciation to the former owner of this house who made it available. 'We'll be setting up exhibitions, and courses, and consultations, and begin to perform all the wonderful functions of the Peace Palace.'
More slides were shown of the Maharishi Garden Village, and Raja Peter spoke about the beautiful quality of light in this part of England, which is on the east coast just a few miles from the sea. 'It's one of the regions of the country where many of Britain's famous painters lived and enjoyed beautiful scenery—wonderful sunsets. It's always considered to have ''bigger skies'' than anywhere else in Great Britain!' Raja Peter said.
