Raja John Hagelin honours Maharaja Nader Raam

In the global celebration on 10 January 2008 of the achievements of Maharaja Nader Raam, first sovereign ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, Dr John Hagelin, Raja of Invincible America and Minister of Science and Technology of the Global Country of World Peace, spoke of Maharaja Raam's great discovery and of his being an embodiment of the eternal silence of the Vedic Tradition, the tradition of Total Knowledge.

Dr Hagelin began by saying that in every way our dear Maharaja Nader Raam is our inspiration. He is a model ruler, a model for all of us. He imbibes the principle and practice of administration through silence. He is the living embodiment of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's supreme science of administration, administration through the infinite organizing power of Natural Law, administration through Brahm [Totality; Unmanifest made manifest], administration through Total Knowledge that governs the whole universe effortlessly and spontaneously in accord with Natural Law, free from any mistakes or problems.

'He imbibes this,' Dr Hagelin continued. 'He absorbed this from Maharishi. More than anyone he has dedicated himself to the absorption of total silence, which is the silence of Guru Dev*, which is the silence of the eternal Vedic wisdom. He radiates that in his countenance.

'in the field of knowledge he has, of course, brought the abstract Veda [Total Knowledge] home to six billion people of our world. He has made the abstract, unmanifest Vrittis of Atma**; the abstract and unmanifest Nitya Apaurusheya Veda***, so palpably concrete and tangible to everyone in the sinews of our own physiology, so that we see the living practicality of the Vedic wisdom.

'Knowing that our physiology was designed to reverberate in that wholeness of Total Knowledge and to become a lighthouse of Total Knowledge; a living, breathing embodiment of Total Natural Law—the life of everyone fully in accord with Natural Law for mistake-free, problem-free life—that key has been revealed by Maharaja's discovery,' Dr Hagelin said.

'What a supreme example of rulership through knowledge. There is no other scientist in the world, no other political leader of the world, no other great well-wisher of humankind that has the merit, the deservability of the global rule of Maharaja Nader Raam, because he alone is competent at administering the world through Natural Law, by making the totality of Natural Law a living reality in the life of everyone.

'He has the foundation in knowledge, and he has the foundation in the source of all knowledge, in the field of Being, the unmanifest, Totality, the silence that he radiates.

'It is such a comfort to all of us in Maharishi's world-wide family, such a great comfort that no matter what happens, no matter what adversity we could ever face, Maharaja Nader Raam, our global ruler, is anchored to Being. He is reverberating in eternal silence; he embodies the Veda, and therefore his judgement will always be sound, always be unbounded, always be fully in accord with total Natural Law. That guidance in the form of Maharaja Nader Raam is with us always, and it is an extraordinary gift.

'He is a man of tremendous compassion, great practical wisdom, and of the most profound principles of Vedic Science and modern science of any individual in the world.

'So it is an incredible joy to celebrate his birth and to thank Maharaja Nader Raam for his great work, which, of course, is key to Maharishi's knowledge that is transforming the world.

'And also for his Being,' Dr Hagelin continued. 'For dedicating himself above all else, to absorbing, to imbibing Maharishi's eternal silence, which is the unbounded field of Total Knowledge, and steeped in Total Knowledge, anchored in Being, being our stable, steady guiding light for all times to come.

'So thank you very much, Maharaja Nader Raam, for imbibing Maharishi so totally that you are, in Maharishi's own words, a living embodiment of the Vedic Tradition of Knowledge in our generation—a member of the Vedic Tradition in our generation, greatest scientist, greatest ruler of our time. Jai Guru Dev.'
