Offering Maharishi Ayur-Veda worldwide to create a disease-free society: The future of medicine

Raja Peter Warburton, Raja of Invincible Great Britain for the Global Country of World Peace, recently reported that countries around the world are interested in offering Maharishi Ayur-Veda products in their nations to promote perfect health and create a disease-free society.

This wave of interest was generated by a historic three-day global Maharishi Ayur-Veda conference held in early November in MERU, Holland. The conference was attended—in person or via telephone or Internet—by 200 participants from 65 countries.

Speaking on the Maharishi Global Family Chat, Raja Warburton said that during the conference a new series of seminars was presented. The seminars, which are being developed by the Global Country of World Peace Ministry of Health, are for doctors and health practitioners, and can be taken, in some cases, to meet continuing education requirements.

There is growing interest in having medical doctors be aware of other traditions of healthcare, Raja Warburton continued. In most western countries many people are having more consultations with alternative practitioners than with allopathic doctors, so it could potentially be part of the training for allopathic doctors to learn about Maharishi Ayur-Veda.

Maharishi Ayur-Veda is prevention-oriented and free of harmful side effects. All types of healthcare practitioners could use the knowledge and products of Maharishi Ayur-Veda to great benefit, Raja Warburton said.

Over the past five years, the Global Country's Ministry of Health worked closely with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Global Country of World Peace, to develop an integrative approach to medicine that utilizes the best of all healthcare systems and traditions.

Raja Warburton expressed his belief that this integrative approach is the future of medicine. Upon hearing of this approach, health practitioners around the world have said that they, too, feel this is the future of healthcare. This is what people want, and this is what is necessary for perfect health, Raja Warburton said.

Maharishi Colleges of Perfect Health will utilize integrative medicine, as will Maharishi Health Centres. They will offer the full range of Maharishi's Vedic Approach to Health as well as the best of every system of healthcare in the world.

It is such beautiful work to focus on creating health for all of the people of the world, Raja Warburton concluded.
