River conservation: Maharashtra to organize tree plantation conclave for awareness

On 16 September 2017 Times of India reported: Maharashtra government organized a tree-plantation conclave at Raj Bhavan on 17 September, to highlight its mission of planting 50 crore saplings by 2019 and to conserve and protect rivers. This will be the first plantation conclave in the country.
