The Government of Liberia and the African Development Bank (AfDB) have signed a development support agreement worth US$4.5 million. The agreement is intended for a new program that will further expand and deepen the reform process of the country, to increase service delivery, reduce corruption, and ultimately reduce poverty in Liberia.
