The state of Wisconsin has started a new apprenticeship for agriculture. Wisconsin is the first state to establish the Organic Vegetable Farm Manager Registered Apprenticeship program. Kewaunee County U-W Extension Ag Agent Aerica Bjurstrom says Wisconsin is the perfect place for such a program.
