Speaking on the Maharishi Global Family Chat 24 August, he said that ideal land for the Peace Colony has been located. On the proposed site residents will enjoy Vastu homes and buildings set on beautiful meadows in an area that is silent, pure, and clean.
Raja Konhaus also reported on potential growth of Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture in Hamsa. 'We've found tremendous receptivity of the farmers,' he said. 'Many of the farmers came forward and said they would like to market their products through our global network of organic marketing.' After hearing about the programme, one farmer immediately offered 10,500 kilos of honey.
'So in every area—healthcare, education, farming—it was a success,' concluded Raja Konhaus, summarizing his visit to Hamsa.
*Maharishi Peace Colony: A community founded to help create invincibility for a nation, based on the principles of Maharishi's Vedic Science and its practical applications for living perfection in all areas of life—featuring homes, and buildings for group practice of Yogic Flying—all built according to Vedic Architecture, Maharishi Sthapatya Veda.
