Chile boasts high student improvement

On 18 July 2012 ILoveChile.com reported: Chile ranks number two internationally in student improvement, according to a new report from Harvard University. The study covered 49 countries, analyzing reading, science, and math test scores from 1995 to 2009. Only Latvia came in ahead of Chile in terms of student improvement rates. Notably, students in Brazil also improved at a rate above four per cent annually. Students in Portugal, Hong Kong, Germany, Poland, and Colombia also boast high improvement rates.
