Raja Peter Warburton, Raja of Invincible Northern Ireland and Great Britain for the Global Country of World Peace, recently reported that there has been a profound transformation in the collective consciousness of those nations, which is reflected in significant expansion of Consciousness-Based Education.
Speaking on the Maharishi Global Family Chat he said that 'Transcendental Meditation in Northern Ireland is no longer something special—it's mainstream in the schools.'
There are so many schools that want to implement Consciousness-Based Education that the nation's Teachers of Transcendental Meditation will have full-time work for years to come. School teachers and administrators have realized that in order to resolve the considerable problems the schools are facing, they need to develop the creativity and intelligence of the students. They now recognize that Transcendental Meditation is the way to do that, Raja Warburton said.
The interest in Consciousness-Based Education is spreading now to Great Britain, Raja Warburton continued. Funding opportunities are available, and the programme could potentially be introduced into hundreds of schools, he said.
Global Good News will feature the continuation of Raja Warburton's talk in the coming days.
