Peru and Bolivia together are rising to invincibility at the very highest part of South America around the holy Lake Titicaca, where more schools on the Peru side have requested the implementation of Consciousness-Based Education. In three schools in Peru there will be enough Yogic Flyers at the end of July to raise the nation to invincibility. In addition, steps are being taken to implement a large-scale Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture project in Peru.
On a plateau of the Andes mountains in Bolivia, a city 4,000 metres high with a population of 150,000 already has 1,500 or 2,000—more than one per cent of the population—practising Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation Technique.
Four other Latin American nations—Ecuador, Paraguay, Haiti, Venezuela, and Colombia—all will be rising to invincibility in the next month. In addition, in four countries in Africa there has been a strong interest in establishing invincibility.
